agenticy provides autonomous AI workforce deployment services ("Services") including: Agent Deployment (custom AI agents for enterprise roles), Enterprise Transformation (multi-agent network deployment), and Custom Enterprise LLM development (fine-tuned language models). All Services are delivered on dedicated NVIDIA DGX hardware provisioned for Client.
agenticy deploys AI models on dedicated hardware owned or leased by Client. No third-party cloud APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Google Cloud) are utilized for model inference. Client retains full ownership of all hardware, trained model weights, and resulting intellectual property. agenticy provides deployment, configuration, and ongoing management services for Client-owned infrastructure.
Client owns 100% of all custom-trained language models, fine-tuned weights, agent configurations, and associated intellectual property developed under this Agreement. agenticy retains ownership of its proprietary deployment frameworks and orchestration software, which are licensed to Client for the duration of the engagement.
All Client data used for agent training and inference remains on Client's dedicated infrastructure. No data is transmitted to or processed by third-party AI providers. agenticy does not access, use, or retain Client data beyond what is required for service delivery and monitoring.
Pricing is as published on agenticy.io or as specified in the Service Agreement. Setup fees are due upon agreement execution. Monthly operational fees are billed in advance. All prices in USD.
If deployed agents fail to deliver measurable ROI within 90 days of production deployment, agenticy will provide additional optimization at no cost until ROI targets are met, or provide a prorated refund of setup fees at Client's election.
agenticy's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. agenticy is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Client assumes responsibility for business decisions made using agent outputs.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Client retains all trained models, IP, and hardware. agenticy will provide a 30-day transition period for knowledge transfer.
Governed by laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
